What We Do

Home | What We Do
Roonmul Trust is dedicated to the welfare of families impacted by the agrarian crisis, particularly those who have lost a loved one to suicide. We take a sustainable approach to address the complex challenges these families face, focusing on long-term empowerment in the following key areas:

Quality Education for Children

We ensure that children from affected families have access to quality education and skill development opportunities, laying the foundation for a brighter future.

Livelihood Support

We promote both farm and non-farm livelihood opportunities, enabling families to achieve financial stability and resilience.

Women Empowerment

We focus on empowering women, particularly those heading households, through skills training and leadership programs, helping them take charge of their families’ futures.

Family Health

We address health challenges through medical support, counselling, and health awareness programs, ensuring the physical and mental well-being of every family member.

Quarterly Gatherings and Family Counseling

To foster community support, we organize quarterly gatherings for the families of suicide victims. These events provide a platform for families to share their stories, connect with donors, and receive psychological and emotional support from experts.

Monthly Family Visits

Our ground-level team conducts monthly visits to each family, offering on-the-ground support, monitoring progress, and ensuring they receive the necessary assistance and guidance.
